• During the post strike operators should not apply to Swansea for plating and testing dates but hand in applications and fees, addressed to GVC Swansea, at their nearest test station; traffic area offices are organizing courier services to collect the forms. Anyone who has already applied for the test and is in any doubt should contact his testing station manager not more than 10 days before the test date.
