Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

HENDON garage of London Trans/port is to be allocated 100 new Leyland buses of the latest type, which will provide new fleets for the 13, 28, 52, 83, 113, 121 and 183 routes. These services are at present covered by NS, STL and ST-type vehicles. It is expected that the replacement of the NS buses by Leylands will begin in April.

Another London Transport development is the replacement of trains by trolleybuses on the route from Leyton (Markhouse Road) to Chingford Road (" Crooked Billet "). The change-over took place last Sunday, and the route was extended about mile beyond the previous tramways route.

Incidentally, London Transport has adopted a new line in-publicity by issuing a coloured leaflet written after the style of a diary of a visitor to London. The attractions of London as a touring centre are explained in an intimate and personal manner.
