Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Kentish Bus and Coach has converted its Sevenoaks services to minibus operation with 16 Peugeot Talbort Express Pullman buses. The 22-seaters are running on two former bigbus routes; full-size vehicles now only appear in Sevenoaks during peak hours. All of the midis are based at the Dunton Green depot. General manager Brian Hirst says the vehicles were chosen to retain big-bus features such as ease of access and luggage space. Up to seven standing passengers can be carried, and there is a separation panel behind the driver.

The midis are in Kentish Bus's cream and maroon livery; they bring the total minibus fleet to 40.
