Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• To speed up delivery and reduce capital outlay, the Home Office's Supply and Transport branch has invested in Dobson Demount equipment capable of carrying double-stacked loads within a 3.96m height restriction to supply prisons.

The jointly-developed system comprises 18 demountable bodies and nine ERF-drawn flat semi-trailers, shared between storage depots at Steventon, Oxon and Branston, Staffs.

Each artic trunks two containers on 12m flats to prisons, where they are dismounted, and taken up by Hydris tail-lift-equipped ERF rigids for load/unloading.

Using the artic swap body system costs the HOS&T £6,000 less per combination than the two box vans that each artic replaces. Five combinations with 10 swap bodies have been ordered for the Leeds depot.
