TIPHOOK is paying £3.2 million for PNO Trailer Leasing, .1 Danish trailer rental company with 1,000 trailers and four depots.
Tiphook owns Central Trailer Rental and was floated on the Stock Exchange last year. It plans to grow in the European trailer rental and container leasing markets.
