THE TRANSPORT 1)evelopment Groups A$7.4 million (£2.3 million) offer to take over the remaining 30 per cent of its Australian holding company has moved closer to completion.
The deal has now become unconditional, which means that shareholders who do not accept the offer will have their interest acquired compulsorily.
