Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

When you’re as big as DHL, the good news headlines come as thick and fast as the bad news ones, but in reviewing the business’s performance in 2011, it’s clear that the good outweighs the bad.

The list of contract wins and renewals that Graham Inglis has presided over is dizzying: taking the Goodyear Dunlop deal from Norbert Dentressangle; renewing the Debenhams deal and securing the Debenhams Direct contract; grabbing Thorntons’ six-year outsourcing deal; and the £85m contract extension with House of Fraser.

There are other highlights too, such as successfully delivering the UK’s favourite film of 2011 (the final instalment of Harry Potter), which collectively outweigh the odd contract loss here and there (the highest profile being the closure of the News of the World).

For 2012, DHL has a key part to play in the Olympics: will it lead from the front?
