Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

If tee'd been told what paPerwork to bring with us at the time the booking was made over th0 phone (and in fairness we never asked), we suspect the Thrifty experience wOuld have been a retatively painless affair. The lady behind the counter was very welcoming and, noting our predicament (we needed a utility bill and prioof of address), did hr best to find a way to secure our business. A property search using 19 the electoral register seemed one solution but having just moved house our tester hadn't yet registered to vote, which sCuppered those plans. In the end there was nothing for it but to return home and collect the documents a rather time-consuming affair!

We couldn't see any signage to tell us what the fuel policy was, but on asking were told it was bring back full or be charged £1.15/lit (ex-VAT) on return. This was the cheapest of those we tested -though still extortionate, given ex-VAT la prices were around the 70p level.

Although it had only 66,239 miles on the clock, it was showing all the signs of a very hard life with umpteen bumps, scrapes and grazes on the body, bumpers and mirrors. The interior would have benefited from a visit to the valeters too nothing damaged, you understand, it was just a bit grubby.

Apart from the Transit's customary high noise levels, the driving experience was frie. The short-wheelbase van held the road well and the braking set-up was very ood. Engine performance was a bit less than we've become used to from an nladen van, age seemingly taking its toll on power output. so
