Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ft wasour original intention to rent nine vans. Because we wanted to get at least one van to Tunbridge Wells early, we tried Avis at Crawley. Unfortunately, it refused to believe that Ford made a 3.5-tonne panel, and only had a single Transit Luton, which was booked out.

Abandoning that we tried TLS at Detling for the early starter as one of our team lives near Maidstone. We established that as our hirer had just moved house there could be a problem, but believed we had sorted it over the phone. However, when he arrived complete with utility bills for his new address, he was refused a van because his driving licence still showed his old address. That's a shame, because the van on offer was an LDV Maxus, which would have provided another opportunity to see how the Birmingham product is developing.

What should have been van number eight was booked from Budget in Croydon, but previous paperwork delays and atrocious weather on the day meant we simply ran out of time and had to cancel.
