Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Our test vehicle is owned by Al Plant and Haulage of York which has been running Hinos for 15 years and has 16 on its fleet now, including Iwo of the new 350hp 8x4 tippers. "They're very good and you cannot fault them except that the front bumper is too low for tipping work. There's an oil cooler behind it and that's too low as well", says Managing Director Roy Handley. "We took 10 wagons from York to Skipton the other day and they used 15 gallons less than the earlier models on the same trip. We're getting between eight and nine to the gallon, better than from some six-wheelers we've got on the fleet."

The Al vehicles are used mainly on muckshifting work and transporting stone. Handley tends to hang on to his Hinos, some of his fleet is five years old, but he finds a ready second-hand market among Irish hauliers.
