Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

London Lorry Ban have again been adjourned. Spalding Haulage and J Oldham (Stonemasons) were to have appeared before Hampstead magistrates on 10 December, but the magistrates and defendants agreed to a proposal by Camden Council, which is bringing the charges, that the case be adjourned until March next year.

It will now be heard at Wells Street Magistrates Court on 2 March. The twice-postponed prosecutions were thrown into confusion last month when the delivery of Spalding's summons was delayed.
