Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• PCL's reconditioning and recalibration service enables old air line gauges to be exchanged for reconditioned units at a fraction of the cost of new units.

The reconditioned equipment has an accuracy tolerance identical to new units and is covered by the same guarantee, says PCL. The exchange service applies to all PCLmanufactured gauges, whether branded PCL or not.

The reconditioned units are serviced at the company's own factories. The exchange service is available for air line body only and for various hose and connector configurations.

The PCL guarantee ensures that all reconditioned units are fitted with at least 15 new parts — those most likely to be worn or damaged — with a further 28 new parts being fitted where necessary. Reconditioned exchange units are painted red and individually packed in a protective bag.
