Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Competitively priced hose clips are the first fruits of the production facility set up by Norma Products Ltd at its new headquarters in Newbury, Berks.

The NPL series of screw clips uses a design of extreme simplicity with only three components, to produce "perfect circle" clamping of high or low pressure hoses. Twelve sizes are available, from 9mm to 23tnin OD, in minimum quantities of 1,000 per size.

Norma managing director Mel Keenan says: "Small though they are, these new clips have a special significance as the first Norma products to be made wholly in Britain for markets both here and overseas.

"With the huge research and development resources of our group behind us, we expect to increase the UK content of other Norma products as our facilities at Newbury are developed."
