Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

SCANIA TAKES THE SOUTHWAY • Scania has moved into Portsmouth with Southway Commercials, the group's latest distributor.

The new operation will initially be under the wing of Scantruck, Scania's subsidiary distributorship covering southeast England.

Southway is run by Scania's general manager Malcolm Lyon, who has been with the group for more than 10 years. Cliff Groves, Scania's, marketing director says that central southern England was the last weak spot in the company's national coverage, and the Southway development will complete the dealer jigsaw.
