Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

II Reeve Burgess has just delivered four coaches: three to the London Borough of Waltham Forest and the other to Midland Red West.

Waltham Forest has taken three welfare coaches based on Iveco Ford 49.10 chassis. These are the first welfare versions of Reeve Burgess's new Beaver range. They are fully carpeted with 17 highback coach seats (five of the doubles seats are removable) and a Ratcliffe RFA 300 wheelchair lift with a fold-out front step to provide access for dis

abled passengers. The vehicles were supplied through W Harold Perry of Edgware.

Midland Red West has bought a 20-seat PSV conversion based on a Mercedes Benz 609D van to join its fleet of similar vehicles on the Redclilink high frequency services in the Redditch area.

It is finished in MRW's orange, red and yellow livery and features Purmac heating in addition to Treadmaster flooring and soft trim throughout. Howells of Worcester supplied the van for conversion.
