Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• The 4x4 Nissan Patrol has been superseded in Japan by a new vehicle known as the Safari which will go on sale there immediately.

Exports will start early in the new year, but the Safari will not appear in the UK for the moment as the Patrol is still being built by Nissan's Motor Iberica subsidiary in Spain. UK supplies of the 4x4 are imported from Spain rather than Japan, and the Motor lberica plant will continue to manufacture the Patrol for the foreseeable future.

When a model change does occur, however, it will undoubtedly be the Safari model that comes in. The Safari is powered by the new TD42 4.2-litre six-cylinder Plasma diesel engine, and has coil spring suspension with ventilated disc brakes all round.
