A WEST YORKSHIRE printing-machine supplier, Milthorpe International Ltd of Wakefield, has equipped an eight wheel 30-ton gvw MAN with a 12-ton capacity lorry loader.
Said to be the first of its size and capacity to be put into service in the UK, the Italian-made EFFER lorry loader, supplied by George Cohen Machinery Ltd, a member of the 600 Group Ltd, is equipped with two boom extensions plus top-seat controls.
This provides a lifting capacity from 12,000kg (11.8 ton) at 2.53m (8.3ft) outreach to 2100kg (2.06 ton) at 11.3m (37ft).
