Edinburgh
• Doonin Plant, based in Glasgow, will attend a disciplinary PI on 23 August. The repute of the transport manager will also be discussed.
• Thermo Logistics, based in Bellshill, will submit a variation application at an inquiry on 27 August. Disciplinary action and the repute of the transport manager will be looked at.
• Glasgow-based Food and Drink Logistics will submit a new application at a PI on 27 August.
• Insch-based RJ Young Contracts will submit a new application at a hearing on 27 August.
• John McDowall Baird, trading as Scotia Trucking Services, based in Renfrew, will make a new application at a hearing on 28 August.
• A public inquiry on 28 August will look at disciplinary action against Peter D Stirling, based in Bellshill. The repute of the transport manager will also be discussed.
• At a PI on 11 September, the TC will look at disciplinary action against Lightways (Contractors) based in Larbert.
Inverness
• Alexander Miles O'Brien in Caithness will appear before the TC on 19 September, where disciplinary action will be on the agenda.
