LRM TRANSPORT CAN base two vehicles and four trailers at Eastfield Farm, Lissett, Driffield, subject to the following conditions: • all drivers will have achieved 21 hours CPC-accredited training by the end of September. Course content will include drivers' hours and tachographs, and how to conduct and record an effective daily walk-around check. Confirmation will need to be sent to the office of the traffic commissioner by the end of October. All new drivers must have achieved a minimum of 21 hours CPC-accredited training within three months of employment; • maintenance systems, maintenance documentation, vehicle inspections and drivers hours' compliance will be audited by a trade association or other competent body in September. The audit report must be sent to the office of the traffic commissioner by the end of October, together with a plan for any necessary improvement measures. The audit must then be repeated in September each year;
• the operator will put in place proper contracts of employment to ensure that drivers can be properly controlled and disciplined.
