Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Shetland Islands Council has taken delivery of three specially-adapted Seddon Atkinson Stratos 18-tonners, converted to 4x4 drive to enable them to cope with severe winter weather. Supplied by Nortruck Services in Aberdeen, they will be used as multifunctional highway maintenance vehicles across the islands and are expected to be in service for up to 10 years.

Two are equipped with Econ Unibodies, which allow them to be used as three-way tippers as well as for pothole repairing and winter gritting duties. The third features the Whale Rapid Demount system, allowing it to carry out numerous tasks. All three can also be fitted with a snow plough attachment and are powered by the 240hp 5.9-litre European Engine Alliance (EEA) engine.
