• Not content with winning last year's 38-tonne Economy Run, Volvo Trucks did it again at 17 tonnes. Its FL617 finished last month's run with the best economy and productivity overall as well as finishing on top in Class 2 (206hp and above) — thanks to Jeff Bird, seen here collecting his cup from CM editor Brian Weatherley (left) with Volvo's general manager truck division Stephen Johnson.
