Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• I have read your article on good repute and I would like to know if there are any circumstances when an 0-licence can be obtained by someone who has served a prison sentence of more than three months.

Why was I allowed to sit for my national CPC as a form of further education when I was serving a five-year sentence for a serious offence? I have always hoped to one day be an owner-driver, but now these hopes are dashed.

was led to believe by the judge who sentenced me that once I had served my time I could return to society to continue my life as before. This seems not to be the case, and my CPC is just a useless piece of paper.

Why is it that companies running CPC courses do not state in their adverts that if you have served more than three months in prison you will not be granted an 0-licence?
