A SPECIAL competition for owner-drivers is being staged on Satu day, September 19, the day before the CM Lorry Driver of the Ye finals.
The competition, which is being held at the LDoY site at Cranfiel in Bedfordshire, will be open to all owner-drivers who own ar operate a single vehicle over 3.5-tonnes gvw. There will be save classes, based on vehicle weight, and a maximum of 100 entries w be permitted.
There will be a mini Certificate of Professional Competence exarr ination, a mechanical fitness vehicle inspection, and a vehicle liver and equipment assessment.
Competitors will need to have their vehicles at Cranfield by Ilan and the competition will be over by 5pm.
You can bring your family and friends along to see the event, a the CM LDoY exhibition, with test driving and other major attral tions, will be in full swing. Full catering facilities will be available.
