Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A SERIES of seminars entitled Transport Law — Current and Possible Changes is to be launched by the Freight Transport Association.

The seminars will begin with a review of the legislative scene, both nationally and within the EEC, discussing items such as Government and EEC policies, the Armitage Report, the proposed sale of heavy goods vehicle test stations, and the harmonisation of EEC transport legislation.

This will be followed by three main sections which will include technical legislation, dangerous loads, drivers' hours and road traffic legislation.
