THE DODGE 50-Series Electric will be road-driven in the UK for ti first time next month.
The new vehicle, aimed mainly at urban distribution operation leads Chloride's "energy package" road show, which also induct( Autofil, the new automatic topping-up system for motive pow( batteries.
The Dodge 50 has a gross vehicle weight of 7.5 tonnes, an reaches a maximum speed of 65km/h. Acceleration is 0-50km/h in 1 seconds, batteries are charged with a Chloride Spegal three-phas charger, and there are now two wheelbase versions of the vehicle.
The vehicle will be exhibited at the Adair Arms Hotel, Ballymeni on September 1, and at other locations in the province up t September 4.
