A DRIVER with Lothian Regio Transport, who was sack after twice driving for a privi company, has lost his claim unfair dismissal.

Ian Lumsden, of Deans, L ingston, claimed he had be unaware of a company rule p hibiting him from working fo rival concern and said he woi not have done so had he know Dismissing his claim, an Ed burgh industrial tribunal h said that Lothian Region Trar port acted reasonably, and t lieved Mr Lumsden had be aware of the rule at a trainii course.
