BOUGHTON Engineering Group has been awarded the Queen's Award to Industry in recognition of its exports. The group has pushed its export earnings up from £1.4million to £3.9million in the last three years.
Griffin chassis, made by Boughton for the Chubb Pathfinder fire crash tender is made in the UK for export to the USA. It also builds vehicle bodies and trailers, cranes and winches.
