THE 1976/77 Licensing Au orities' reports were publisi this week (see News Ex page 24).
They contain informati on 0 licence applications each of the 11 traffic are together with information levels of enforcement and h driving licence applications.
The most disturbing asp( of the reports is the decline maintenance standards.
The LAs have been metic bus in compiling their repo, and the information shou prove useful to both operate and vehicle manufacturers.
