Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

FIAT'S new 16.3 tonne (16ton) gross tipper chassis will be making its debut at this years RHA Tipper Show and conference at Harrogate.

With a payload capacity of 10.6 tonne (10.45ton) the 159 is fitted with an 8.1 litre (490cuin) six cylinder power unit which develops 118kW (158bhp) and 2,600rpm.

Transmission to the spiral bevel rear axle is via a five-speed ZF gearbox.

Designed for a stable ride' both on and off road, the Fiat is fitted with long leaf springs with helper rear springs and anti-roll bars on both axles.

Telescopic shock absorbers are fitted all round.

To avoid damage over rough terrain, the rear brake chambers are mounted vertically above the axle.

Braking on the vehicle is said to meet Common Market requirements and their specification includes spring parking brakes and a load-sensing valve. An exhaust brake is fitted as standard.

Although the cab can be tilted to 60° by an hydraulic pump, routine level checks can be made through a lift up front grille.

Until sufficient spares back-up and after sales service are arranged the Fiat 159 will not be available, but it is expected that stocks will arrive from Fiat's Unic factory in France in July.
