rhere's been no reaction to ny piece (April 8) about NCI do-it-yourself enthusiasts helping to ;:onvert a new workshop at Derby. But there has been about the next note, concerning moving Ted Heath's yacht Morning Cloud_ I mistakenly thought Vanguard Engineering took it down to the Hamble, but in fact although they craned it, the move was made by Ken Brown's Boats, Portsmouth, a company which runs Bedfords and Mercs, and also moved Mr Heath's previous boat. The company specialises in boat loads and makes or converts its own trailers by putting in a sunken well.
