Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

We would like to thank The Hawk for printing the photograph of our promotional vehicle introducing "The Grumblies" (Bird's-eye view, April 1). We would, however, like to point out that this is a special one-off promotional vehicle and is not, of course, our standard livery.

We have, over the past few years, produced a number of promotional vehicles and our original design of a large fluorescent orange elephant on the side of a Luton van was so popular and had so many requests for it after it was sold that we have decided to paint another "Humper".

Indeed, the only complaint we ever received was from a gentleman who claimed he had a bill from the Greater London Council for clearing up the elephant's droppings.

D. C. SHENNAN, UK Operations Manager, Temeside Vehicle Rantal.
