Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

BURMAH Castro' oil corripany has taken delivery of two 11.58m (3011) semi-trailers plated for 34.546 tonnes (34 tons) gcw. Both vehicles are fitted with the Hobo tanden suspension, designated to save energy by lifting the leading axle clear of the ground when the rear axle load is less than the legal limit. The suspension comes from the York Truck Equipment Division at Warrington. Due to the use of lightweight 'Y alloy castillated 1 beam mainrails, the trailers have an extra payload capacity over traditionally built trailers of 280kg (6201h), hich equates to one 205 litre oil drum for 13urrnah Castro!.

Both trailers will be operated out of the manufacturing plant at flyde in Cheshire and will be used for the delivery of hulk consignments of industrial cutting oil on medium and long hauls. For local delivery Burmah Castro] plans to operate 23.385 tonnes (24ton) 7.31 in (2411) single-axle platform trailers which are also constructed using the castiliaLed alloy mainrails.
