Ford Farm Shows a Profit.

The Ford. factory at Dagenham is probably the only works of its kind with a farm within its boundaries. Lake Farm, as it is known, consists of 185 acres of land, not at present needed for industrial purposes, and is kept under cultivation. It is run on a profitsharing basis for the benefit of those who work on it, and the result of last year's operations shows that the farm made a profrt of 227/, after paying rent and expenses.
