• In your issue of 28 February-6 March you carried an article which was headed "Noda prepares for cement court case" and featured a photograph of myself in front of two Redland Readymix Concrete truck mixers.
The picture may have given the impression that the National Owner Drivers' Association UK was preparing a court case against Redland. We would like to point out that this is not so; Redland is not one of the companies seeking to make drivers responsible for their product.
