Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• In your issue of 28 February-6 March you carried an article which was headed "Noda prepares for cement court case" and featured a photograph of myself in front of two Redland Readymix Concrete truck mixers.

The picture may have given the impression that the National Owner Drivers' Association UK was preparing a court case against Redland. We would like to point out that this is not so; Redland is not one of the companies seeking to make drivers responsible for their product. We would also like to make it clear that the product in question is ready mixed concrete, not cement. M Binns, General secretary, Noda, Wellingborough, Northants.
