TEST RATES RISE • HGV and PSV testing fees are to go up on 1 April. The cost for a truck increases from £28 to £30.80; a PSV, with more than 12 seats, from 226.50 to £28.30; and a PSV with less than 13 seats from £38 to £40.60. The increases are between 7 and 10%. Saturday supplements will also go up 6%.
