• Farmers had their first opportunity to look at the new eight-wheeled 30-ton bulk vehicles this week at the East of England Show at Peterborough which closed yesterday. I was told that the new vehicles are not acceptable to the majority of operators carrying animal feed because a body of appropriate cubic capacity is too high for entrance into typical premises.
