AIDSTONE Borough Coun1 Transport Department has aught 14 of the 18 'Lilac eopard' coaches previously perated on the Nottingham irk-and-ride scheme.
These coaches were made !dundant following the abanDnment of the controversial one and Collar' scheme in ottingham.
Maidstone general manager lan Price told CM that 10 ilac Leopards had currently en delivered and were being lodified to take Maidstone MO equipment.
When the Leopards are in !twice, Maidstone plans to !thin only eight of its Leyland tlantean double-deckers.
