• Lincolnshire-based haulier Polly-Parrett looks set to fold next month after its directors (.1l in company liquidators.

Director George Polychroniades has asked the Southend branch of Cape Dalgleish to place the Donnington company into liquidation.

A creditors' meeting will be held on 20 May, when it is expected that the business will formally go into liquidation.

So far, Cape & Dalgleish has very little idea of the business, other than saying it is "fairly Polychroniades is believed to be out of the country.
