• A contraflow has been introduced on the M5 between Poltimore and Hele north of Exeter in Devon for reconstruction from 6 April to end of June 1994. A 50mph speed limit is in force and heavy vehicles are restricted to the nearside available lane. E A contraflow is in operation on the M4 between junctions two and three, the elevated section and Heston Services.
=I Roadworks on the M1 in Leicestershire between junctions 21 and 22 have resulted in a contraflow until the end of June.
0 A 40mph speed limit and contraflow are in place between junctions 41-42 on the M4 in West Glamorgan for continuing roadworks.
On the M25 at junctions 7-8 and 10-11 major widening is leading to lane closures in both directions.
El On the M8 in Strathclyde lane closures between junctions 17-16 and 26-27 are causing delays.
C In Cheshire roadworks and a contraflow continue on the M6 at junctions 20-21A.
