Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

II ave you card the sad

tale about the bus driver who got a parking ticket for parking on a bus stop?

It can't possibly be true, you say? But, in this crazy old world, it seems that the the ridiculous is no longer unusual. Bus driver Dennis Nash was waiting for passengers outside the town hall in Pontypool, South Wales when he was surprised, if not delighted, to be handed a i.:20 parking ticket for obstruction.

His crime, it seems, was waiting for six minutes when he was only supposed to set down and pick up.

Not surprisingly Dennis is loathe to pay the fine: "I'll go to prison first, as a matter of principle," he says. There's pluck for you.
