Owner-driver Doug Gould of Westonsuper-Mare in Avon took this award with a traditional design, "beautifully crafted, beautifully detailed", according to ()fins. Relph Knight thought the Gould livery communicated that the truck was operated by "someone who really cared about the way it looks and the way its business is perceived". Martin Croft said the truck livery employed the sort of traditional fairground designs that are now dying out and were once part of our cultural heritage.
