Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

piece which said: "I could fill my office with graduates, but drivers are gold dust."

Where I live there are quite a few people who have

obtained their HGV Class 1 licence through driver training schools, who still have not found employment. I am one of these people.

took a two-week driver training course in 1986, but every time I try for a job I am told that I need to have experience. How can I get experience if no-one will employ me?

In that respect, I have been lucky because I have gained experience in driving and some experience in loading by hauling straw and livestock, which I enjoy very much.

I thought that if I took a driver training course it would help me find a job in the transport industry where I would very much like to work, because I love driving. I drive a livestock wagon in my spare time and would like to do this sort of work permanently for a good haulage company. Can anyone help?
