• Road Iransport Associates of London has opened a new training centre in Aveley, Essex. The RTITB-approved centre, known as Bushy Bit House, provides conference, seminar, residential and recreational facilities for up to 50 people. It complements RTA's other centres in Catford, London and Purfleet, Essex.
RTA courses cover Hazfreight, Hazpak, one-day management/legislation seminars. BS 5750, computer applications, perceptual driving skills, household removals techniques, HGV, PSV and fork-lift truck training.
