GARDNER is continuing its onslaught into the European bus market.
Van Hool has installed a 61-ILXCT engine in an A120 single-deck bus for Belgian Operator Antwerp-based Freeway Express.
The 11.6 metre A120 has the engine .mounted longitudinally to drive through a • Voith D85412 gearbox.
Freeway Express, which runs on contract for Belgian Railways, also operates. American Eagle vehicles reengined by Gardner.
Gardner is also to exhibit its full range of engines at the Kortrijk bus and coach show being held in Belgium on October 19-23. It expects that
