EXPRESS carrier Wilkinson Transport has named Keith Charlton as general manager of its Norwich depot.
Mr Charlton joined the company in 1977 as its Northern regional personnel manager. In his new position he will have overall responsibility for the Norwich depot, and its parcels delivery and collection service covering most of the Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and Essex area.
Also at the Norwich depot, Ron Webb has become the sales manager for customer services. Mr Webb was previously sales and customer services manager at Wilkinson's Tonbridge depot.
Colin Smith has moved to MAN-VW Truck and Bus to take up the position as fleet sales operation manager. He joins MAN-VW from rival German manufacturer Magirus Deutz, where he was general sales manager. In his new capacity Mr Smith will be involved in a major national
