MOVES to alleviate probli of heavy vehicles at Crosi Lanes, are being considerec the parish council pending construction of a £2.6m pass. Lancashire Cou Council is considering rot for the scheme.
The parish council has cided to press for a wei restriction and to seek construction of a r entrance/exit to the ME Charnock Richard serN, area with road signs urg ,heavy lorry drivers to al, the town.
It was also decided to m a private approach to transport manager of haulage firm urging him caution drivers on the need greater care in the Cros area.
