Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Vital A-road approaches to the Blackwall Tunnel in southeast London used by nearly two and a half thousand LGVs a day could be closed to vehicles over 7.5 tonnes from next year.

Trafalgar Road (A206) which feed the A102 Blackwall Tunnel Approach.

Greenwich Council borough engineers department principal engineer Mike Skipper says the easiest ban to entorce would be on Romney Road in the town, which he says does not require vehicle access to frontages of buildings along it.

The consultant's final report is expected next month— Skipper says it is too early to speculate what it will decide.
