Last week RSH of Pocklington, Humberside took over the 25-year-old name, the Shipton site and an annual £500,000. worth of business from administrative receiver Kicisons Impey. Flowers haulage division closed last Friday, leaving 16 drivers redundant. It had been unable to find a buyer for the 14-truck business since it was called in on 21 September this year.

The new owner, which has named the business RSH Flowers Distribution, has taken on the remaining 16 staff.
