Road Haulage Association that staff turnover at RHA headquarters is too high.

In the past 10 months, 11 of the 34-strong staff at the London headquarters have resigned or retired. The latest was international troubleshooter Jeanine Goubin who has left to join the International Road Transport Union.

And the trend is not likely to end there — two more longserving officers are to retire from the RHA in April.

Already this year, commercial officer Eddie Barber and Richard Mullarkey have left, plus a proportion of the secretarial staff at the association.
