Framework of the body is in steel,

light alloy and timber. Main floor members are of light-alloy sections, and each extends in one piece for the full length of the seating area.

Exterior panelling is in aluminium, joints being covered with rust-proofed mouldings. Decorative mouldings are clipped on. The valances are recessed and easily detachable. The skirt and wing edges are protected by polished " aluminium sections.
